Services on Home Page

Post by robertsmith06 » September 27th, 2014, 3:55 am

I see the services on the home page however do not see how/where i can arrange them in different order? I would like them to be ordered as they appear in my menu and there is nowhere to adjust this. Assistance on how to do this would be appreciated.

Not sure if we had the same problem, but I solved the reordering by goin into Weblizar Service -> Edit for each respective serivce and then changing the publish date in the small publishing pane on the right hand side. The service which has the most recent publishing date seems to appear to the far left and the first published to the far right and so on.

I hope this can help.

How do I center 3 services rather than 4? I have only 3 and they are left justified. It doesn't change regardless of which "Services" template I apply to the services page in my PAGES.

I have the same problem: Hi,

"How I can enable showing "Team Members" in the Home Page? I fill it everything in the section "Site Info & Heading Settings" there are: Site Intro Title and desc, Blog Title and desc, and Meet Our Team Title. Everything is showed in home Page but "Meet our team" it doesn´t appear. How I can solve that.·"

But I don´t understand your answer. What do you mean a Child Theme?

Sorry but I think the message is miswritten or I cannot fully understand your solution. Could you be so kind to develop your response about this two question please:

1. Showing "Meat our team" at Home.
"For your Problem to we provide a option in them option panel. Layout manager use this option settings" --> What do you mean? Layout Manager doesnt have this option. It not appear that section.

2. How do I center 3 services rather than 4? What do you mean saying: "Creating Child-Theme, can be achieved this.." Where is this option, I´ve read the documentation and I didn´t see anything about this option.

Please can you make this points clear...

Thank you very much!

Hello mariasoler00 ,
Apologies I misunderstood your query sent on [ Sun Oct 05, 2014 6:27 pm ].

To show Team Members , Theme has provided the ABOUT-US page Template . Better use this Template :)

Next one is , you want 3 services not 4 , as I mentioned you must create a Child-Theme for this Customisation.

Read This Child-Theme Link -> http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

After Creating your Child-Theme follow the below given steps

1) Open your index-service.php file in any editor find the code

Code: Select all

<div class="col-md-3 col-sm-3">
here change the col-md-3 to col-md-4 save this File.

2) Copy and Paste front-page.php file in the child theme from the MAIN theme.

3) Activate Child-Theme and Enjoy :)

Thanks
