I have a Enigma Premium Theme (Single Application License) - Lifetime with you , and why can`t I update and get my licene ?
I bought this licence last time , when I bought my elegant premium elegant theme . I do not need any support , just my license I already have paid for .
It was nothing about paying everytime when a update was coming , it was as it says LIFETIME ??
Whats the point with buying lifetime when you had to pay extra everytime and upgrade is coming .
Could you please send me MY license ?? I already paid for this

Hi, just got round to updating my theme too and noticed its asking for license. I looked into the invoice i received electronically then and no license key in there, just invoice number. I clicked on the link above and it says; "No license assigned yet" Please assist kindly. Many thanks

Thanks for the response, I just did that and no License tab in my homepage on weblizar. I also noticed it says the video was for new users who bought after August 2018. I have a lifetime license since 03/04/16. Invoice nos - 0ZJ2N/105854640795
