Hello,

I removed the "Search" bar previously - how can I add it again?

Hello,

Are you talking about to add the search bar in the sidebar? For this just go to Admin Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets, here you can see "search" widget drag it and drop in the "sidebar" box. After that see the frontend. Your search bar is added to your sidebar.

Thank-you.

I did as instructed - the "search" option is not working properly on my page (www.avanceon.com/blogs). Is there a search option that would work for the whole website.

yes, there is a search bar which you need to add in the header we'll give you the code to add this.

Go to the main theme directory, Open header.php file and see the code in line No. 50 -

<li><a href="<?php echo $wl_theme_options['rss_link']; ?>"><i class="fa fa-rss"></i></a></li>
<?php }
} ?>
</ul>

Replace it with the below code -

<li><a href="<?php echo $wl_theme_options['rss_link']; ?>"><i class="fa fa-rss"></i></a></li>
<?php }
} ?>
</ul>
<?php get_search_form(); ?>

and save the file.

This search bar will work for you.

Thank-you.
