Hello brianjallain82,
delete that image from media library, and upload it again in the gallery using the plugin, it will resolve your issue.
Thanks.

Hello again,

I am still having a resizing issue. If you look at the page again, it is actually the image for Philip Gulley (at the bottom) that is not the correct size. I removed his picture from the Media Library and from the Photo Link Gallery plugin, then readded it to the Media Library and the plugin, and there is still a sizing issue.

Here is the page URL again: http://writingforyourlife.com/featured-authors-2/
And the password is: WFYL sneak preview

Help!

Thanks,

Brian

Hello brianjallain82,
do not upload the image directly to the media gallery,
1- remove it from media gallery.
2- open your gallery in plugin, Upload that image through "Add New Image" in the plugin.
Reason: The plugin automatically crops the image in the same size. So if you upload the image through plugin, it will resolve your issue.
thanks.

Unfortunately this still does not solve the problem. I have tried what you've said multiple times. I've removed the image from the Media Library, then gone to the plugin, then clicked on "Add New Image". That takes me to a page where I choose between "Upload Files" and "Media Library". I choose "Upload Files" and upload the file, but it immediately puts it into the Media Library, where I select it. That adds the new image into the gallery but it is still not sized correctly.

Thanks,

Brian
