[RESOLVED] ShortCode for PopUp Form?

Hello,

is it possible to have a Shortcode for the POPUP form?

Currently it is possible to place a button to open a popup form on all pages or to have a automatic opening popup form at the landing page or all pages.

I would love to have the option to have a shortcode that would open the popup form when a user clicks on an inline button or text, given this, you can link a string or display the popup button in a text or on a dedicated page or widget.

For a button something like [wnlsp_theme2_popupbtn text="click here to subscribe"] that would display a button to click on with the text given under text.
For a simple text link something like [wnlsp_theme2_popup text="click here to subscribe"] that would display the text click here to subscribe as a link.

Then a click on the button or text would open the popup form.

This is just an example, it would also be possible to just modify the already existing shortcode structure just with two new options (or parameters) that would allow either just display a button or to display a clickable text and open a popup form instead of displaying the actual form at the context inline.

Also a Shortcode for the automatic popup form would be nice to have so that you can target the automatic popup on just the pages that you want to have a popup form (additionally to all or landing page).

Many thanks for consideration!

Will the above somehow come to the next anticipated version?

Cool stuff! Thank you!

However the content of the shortcode will not be displayed where I place the shortcode. I placed the shortcode at the bottom of a page but it shows up at the top?

Here is a sample page: https://www.sensorgrafie.de/temptest/ at the page you see "please click on to subscribe. and the word Newsletter is above the headline!

Code: Select all

[wnlsp_theme1]

Headline

please click on [ns_popup_form id='12345'] to subscribe.

Hello,

this looks much better, however if you scroll down to the bottom of this page: https://www.sensorgrafie.de/veranstaltu ... otografie/

You will find this:

Code: Select all

Haben Sie sich bereits für meinen

[b]Newsletter[/b]

As you can see the (bold) word newsletter is placed with the shortcode, now it displays at the right location, but is adding (unwanted) extra line breaks and spacing. Beyond that using the shortcode on this form page the newsletter subscription form is not working. Can you please have a look at it?

Many thanks!
