Hi Jorg,

This is only another option to get export files other than you just use export button for download process.

Thanks again

Hi,

I still have the issue that local specialized characters will not be saved correctly, after any export I would need to manually change the faulty characters and this is a no go with a steadily growing number of subscribers... this is still not fixed in 5.5 ... I'm sorry!

Hello,

with version 5.5 the screen output and Excel file still is buggy, but when I open it on my Mac with Numbers it works.

So screen & Excel (wired chars) Numbers (works)

Hello Jorg,

As previously mentioned that CSV file encoding standard is vary with different operating systems and software packages. Some are working with UTF-8 standard, and some are not. For your issue we shared some step to get CSV file using Excel with your non-English characters should be displayed properly.

For editor MS-Excel please follow below steps :

First open the CSV file using Notepad.
Click "File > Save As".
In the dialog window that appears - select "ANSI" from the "Encoding" field. Then click "Save".
That's all! Open this new CSV file using Excel - your non-English characters should be displayed properly.

I wish, this step will work for you.

Hi, wouldn't it be possible to define which separator (for the CSV) and code should be used for the export so each user can determine the right settings for his localization and operating system?
