Make Phone # Clickable on Mobile

Is there a way to make the phone Number Displayed at the top a clickable url? I'd like to make it so on a mobile device they could click the # to call.

Also the contact us in the footer section. Is is possible to link that address to a url? Would like to like the address to our Google Business page.
