Follow the instruction to show Menu

Go to “Appearance > Menus” and create a new custom menu
Add pages from “Pages” tab.
Save the changes.
Now select “Primary Menu” as a Theme Location for your Section Menus

Follow the instruction to show your Homepage sections

To show the homepage section First Download "weblizar-companion" Plugin (Its required to setup theme Home Page)

Home Page Display - If you want Setup any page as a home page than follow these instructions:-
Go to Dashboard > Click on Pages
Now Click on All Pages and Edit any page you want to set as a home page
Click on Template in and set as Home page and update the page

To Add site information like Site title , Logo upload for your website open your dashboard.Go to “Appearance > Customize > Site Identity”
Select your logo by clicking on “Select logo” button
If you upload Logo Image than Site Title and Tagline will be hide.

Go to Appearance >Customize >Theme Options >Top Header Sections
To choose the Top Header Section visibility - You can select the show/hide options through the checkbox.
You can manage Top Header Section fields.

Go to Appearance >Customize >Theme Options >Slider Options
To choose the Slider Section visibility - You can select the show/hide options through the checkbox.
You can manage Slider section fields after click on "Add Slide".

Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options >Service Section
To choose the Services Option visibility - You can select the show/hide options through the checkbox.
You can add Services section Title and description.
You can manage Services Option fields after click on "Add Service".

Go to Appearance >Customize >Theme Options > Portfolio Options
To choose the Portfolio Option visibility - You can select the show/hide options through the checkbox.
You can add Portfolio section Title and description.
You can manage Portfolio Option fields after click on "Add Portfolio".

Go to Appearance >Customize >Theme Options >Home Blog Option
To choose the Blog Option visibility - You can select the show/hide options through the checkbox.
You can manage Blog Option fields like title ,description,excerpt length.

This section is fully widgetize. Go to “Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Add Footer Widget.

Go to Appearance > Customize >Theme Options >Footer Option
To choose the footer Option visibility - You can select the show/hide options through the checkbox.
You can put any Footer text or other details in it.
