(S)How can I change that bar directly underneath my header?

Post by kh3541a » October 9th, 2015, 11:10 am

I haven''t been able to move the bar directly under my header. It's bulkier on my page than it is on your demo version, and it looks ugly. How do I remove it, or switch it to that tiny line that is used on the home page layout.

Hi,

Please go to Admin Dashboard >>Appearance >>Weblizar options >>General options and find Custom CSS editor

Copy below CSS in Custom CSS editor

Code: Select all

#header {
  height: 100px !important;
}
Save the changes.

For your bar issue please provide screen-shot and description how would you like to have it.

Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. I REALLY REALLY appreciate you answering my post. I've been going crazy trying to work out these kinks. My computer isn't allowing me to paste the screen shot into this forum. But if you look at the demo for this theme, it's onl all other pages except the home page and the 404. It's a blue space about an inch thick underneath the menus but above the slider. Mine is too thick. I need it to be about a 1/2 an inch.

Or if it's gone completely that's even better. I would rather it gone, so that it looks more similar to the home page.

One last question. How do I decrease/remove the white space between that bar and the picture. If you can see on the screenshot above there's white space between the bar and where the picture starts.

HI,

Please use below CSS to adjust white space.

Code: Select all

.body-wrapper {
  padding-top: 20px !important;
}
Change the numerical part as per your requirement.

Thanks.
