Orphan pages

Post by darrylinca » September 23rd, 2017, 4:13 am

Hello,

The themes for some reason when you delete a page it stores it in a place where I cannot locate it example; https://xxxx.com/weblizar-service/support/

My question is where do I find the folder (weblizar-service) it is not showing in my root directory

Hi, darrylinca,

It does not store in any folder when you delete something, All data stores in WordPress backend. If you delete something then it goes into the trash.
You can locate it by following these steps:-
Go to admin panel->Chronicle Services->On top-left you find "Trash" with number of files.->Click on it

Here you can find your deleted files.
Thankyou

Hello Staff,

I did as you suggested but there are no trash items available a matter of fact the name trash is not there.

Dashboard > Chronicle Service >

Only thing I see there is all which is 8 and published which is 8

Please look at the path that I am showing the weblizar folder is somewhere but where I can't find it.
