Hello. I've upgraded to your Gallery Pro, but I have received no more instructions on how to active it?

Please tell me how I can get using the Pro version straight away.

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul,

Follow our documentation.

Doc Link: https://weblizar.com/documentation/plugins/gallery-pro/

Please login to your account HERE.

First - de-activate the fee plguin.

Second - download the plugin then upload, install & activate on site.

All is done.

Let us know if any help required.

Thanks

I am facing the same issue. I have followed the instructions, but I am supposed to upload a .zip file. In the download, there is no .zip file. I have tried several downloads, but always the same set of files. Obviously, I am missing something.

Thanks for the reply.
I have downloaded the files, but I am on a Mac, and it comes in as files and folders, not as a .zip file. That is where I am running into a wall.

Thanks,
Kent

OK, I have figured out how to get the files back into a zip drive and successfully uploaded them. For anyone on a Mac that is facing this, right click on the folder, and select compress. That puts them into a .zip file. Simple, but sometimes it's the obvious things that get you.

Thanks,
Kent
