Issues

Post by idezine » October 1st, 2016, 3:22 am

There is a shaking on mouseover. This only seems to be happening in chrome. I'm pretty sure this has to do with the transform property.

The overlay ( .b-wrapper ) seems to have a top and bottom margin that extends past the img.

There is no option for a widget and no documentation?

There is a scroll bar alongside the gallery that seems to come and go

Hii idezine,

Please add the following section of code in custom css. your issues will be resolved.

Code: Select all

.gal-container{
overflow:hidden;
}
And For documentation, You can use the following documentation link.

Thanks for the code. I don't know why i didn't try that. It solved the shaking and the overflow issues.

There is nothing in the documentation about configuring a widget. I only knew because it was listed on your sales page and was one of the main reasons i opted for the pro version. I assume you simply place the shortcode into a text widget? I did that. However.. with no pagination or slideshow option included it certainly limits your options for the sidebar.

The top and bottom padding still remains on the overlay.

Hello idezine,
please share your admin access at lizarweb[at]gmail[dot]com
We'll customize it and then you can use the shortcode in widget area also.
Thanks.

Umm thanks for the effort but all you did was create a plugin to do the same thing the shortcode does in a text widget....which I already had there (you must have seen it, you moved it to inactive widgets). You shouldn't really claim to have widget capabilities when all it really does is resize the gallery you'd put in a normal page/post.

And you changed my gallery image sizes with your css, not the overlay I asked for help with.

The real issue... why on earth would you activate the mother theme and disable the child (with all my edits) on my website AND you installed a plugin taking over the default wp editor? In no way is that ok to do.

I've fixed everything myself. I just shouldn't have had to.

Hello idezine,
As it was asked to make a widget functionality, the customization was made accordingly..The plugin "wp-editor" is useful for secure editing in plugin files. It can be useful in future too. If you do not want it, we can remove it...no problem.
And please specify with screenshot what changes you want in the plugin, so we will make..keeping the screenshot as reference.
Thanks.
