right side bar frozen- can not add or delete images

I can not add or delete images in the admin gallery I can not add or delete photos. The first photo I accidentally deleted from my main media page. also the page will scroll all the way down for the settings, but the right side bar will not scroll further down. it is like the media and side bar is frozen. this is on all of my portfolio pages. I can not delete or add or scroll right side in any of my albums.

- Please deactivate another plugin one by one and check it again
- this problem occurs when js confliction
- after doing that please notify us.

I deactivated and reactivated plugins and issue still remains. I believe all this started once I installed Woocommerce. Could that be the issue?
