Submenus do not appear mobile, iPhone

Post by petrihakanen » September 23rd, 2016, 1:55 pm

I cannot use submenus in iPhone, mobile mode. It shows that there is submenus, but they don't open down -- It does directly to a page linked top level menu item.

Hi,

Please go to Admin Dashboard >> Appearance >> Theme Options >> General Option.

Copy below code and paste into Custom CSS Editor.

Code: Select all

@media (max-width:320px){
.navbar-nav li  .dropdown-menu  {
    width: 100% !important;
	position: static !important;
    float: none !important;
   } }
@media (max-width:480px){
 .navbar-nav li  .dropdown-menu{
	width: 100% !important;
    position: static !important;
    float: none !important;
   } }
Save the changes.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks. I did this - but it does not work yet. -- When I'm using web prowser in PC, I can plase "mouse" over menu iten and then it opens sub menus, as it should. This works fine. But when I'm usin mobile, iPhone 6 in this case, Safari, I have no "mouse". When I click top iten in menu, it does not open sub menus but it pics that page immediately linked to that menu item at the top. -- So my concern is how I can open sub menu items without having mouse?

Hello again,

Please ignore that message I posted. ... Now it works, I can see. It really opens sub items when I click that little arrow on top-menu-item. ... I removed all browsing history from Safari's memory in iPhone and then it works ok.

Thank you

Petri
