To Translate Plugin Follow Simple Steps As Below
We also covering plugin Translation Guide for users. This will help to users to translate the whole plugin in their native language. For example, we are translating plugin in the Estonian language. And the WordPress language extension for the Estonian language is “et_EE”.
1. Download the tool POEdit and install it on your system. It’s free.
2. Go to the plugin’s language directory, locate two blank language file WEBLIZAR_ACL-your-language.po and WEBLIZAR_ACL-your-language.mo
3. Now rename both files as below:
WEBLIZAR_ACL-your-language.po
WEBLIZAR_ACL-your-language.mo
4. Renamed the fire and open WEBLIZAR_ACL-et_EE.po file into PoEdit tool for translation.
5. Check the screenshot (click-here) for translating the whole plugin text into the Estonian Language.
6. After translating all strings save the file. And open your WordPress wp-config.php file, add below code line according to your WordPress Version into the config.php file to change WordPress default language to Estonian.
define (‘WPLANG’, ‘et_EE‘); // Add this code only those users who has 3.x.x WordPress
OR
$locale = ‘et_EE‘; // All latest WordPress user should use this code
OR
In WordPress 4.x.x version go to the Settings page of admin dashboard to set the default site language.

Hello, I downloaded the plugin to customize the login, set everything up, but to see in other browsers (not what I’m logged) does not show any change. What can it be? I’m using the latest version of wordpress in localhost. Another question that I could not understand, this plugin is free or paid? And if paid, how much? I await contact.
