At the end of every year, GOOGLE releases a list containing most googled terms of that particular year.

Most Googled terms of 2016 are as follows:

1) Pokémon Go

The most popular search on Google in 2016 was undoubtedly Pokémon Go which shook the world with its record-breaking release downloads from Google Playstore and Appstore, followed by iPhone 7 and Donald Trump. The No. 1 search term hit the heights in the month of July when everyone was going crazy with  Pokémon Go.

Slither.io made his spot on 9th position, a game so addictive and a time-killer can do it anytime.
